RightResponse Fundraising Procedures

Brochure Sale:

  1. Student show brochure to neighbor to left and right and across the street.  A lot safer than walking the entire neighborhood.
  2. Parent take brochure to work or show a friend.  Many parents still work.
  3. Mom take a brochure to the beauty shop, take orders from beauticians and customers.  Leave brochure at shop and beauticians take orders.  Give them a kit for helping you.  Dad take to barber shop.  Same idea.  Parents still go there.
  4. Student(s) take brochure to car dealership.  Dealer can give a kit to new car buyers.  It is a 50% tax deduction because they are “donating” to a non-profit group and another tax deduction as a “business expense”.  Can also work with real estate offices, etc.

Online Sale:

  1. Student sends on-line sales link to both Grandmothers (they will never say no) and to other relatives.
  2. Student and parents puts on-line sales link on their social media.

POSSIBLE RESULTS using both brochure and on-line sale:

Assume 2 neighbors buy one kit, one of dad’s co-workers or friends buys one kit, one of mom’s co-workers or friends buy one kit, dad’s barber buys one kit, mom’s beautician buys one kit, and each Grandma buys one kit.  Also assume that the kits bought were only the zip kits that sell for $15.  Each student’s profit would be $54.00 for your group.  If you have 50 students, your group profit would be $2700.00 without any work at all.  Imagine your profit if some of the kits were the more expensive kits and some people bought more than one kit. This does not even include the kits sold to and at businesses or to friends on-line.
